Milton Bhattyacharya

Biography

Create​Milton Bhattacharyya the artist, studied art from Kala Bhavana Santiniketan, did Masters in

2014, belong to Howrah, West Bengal. Most works in the medium of painting. Attended several

national and international workshops and shows.

Presently working as a teacher in school, in Deoghar.

Since last 1year researching on the socio cultural practice is Deoghar, planned to decide

certain art works, finally coming as a format of a show in Raj narayan Bose Bangla Library,

Deoghar. The choice of this space as a community heritage was preferable to extend the

context as a space.

In Bengali literature Deoghar as a space and context has been found previously, so, the

orientation as a book extend to library as a space for display those art work. To compile the

previous time and present situation the name of artist’s first solo exhibition in installation

format as Walk in time, a surrealistic explanation of myth , time and history. Starts in 11

September to 13 September 2016, in Raj narayan Bose Bangla Library, Deoghar from 2pm to 9
